CPR, AED, & First Aid Combo Class-Online!

This class is intended for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers but who desire, or are required, to be certified in CPR, AED, & First Aid. Students learn how to recognize a life-threatening emergency, how to provide CPR, AED, & First Aid support. ASHI's CPR, AED, & First Aid training course is designed specifically for laypeople, and is an excellent choice for CPR and defibrillator training in both community and workplace settings. This class covers adults, children, and infants. This extremely flexible program will help prepare individuals to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents. This CPR, AED, & First Aid course conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.

Course Length: 5-6 Hours
Required for Successful Completion (Certification):
    1. Written Evaluation-Required for all students.
    2. Skills Evaluation-Required. You must schedule a time with an Essential EMS Instructor to demonstrate skills. This can be in person or over a video conference.
    3. Students must perform required skills competently without assistance.

The Digital Certification Card is identical to a printed version of the card and includes access to the digital student book and ASHI Passport. The card will be issued by an Essential EMS Instructor following completion of the coursework and meeting with the instructor to evaluate knowledge and hands on skills in accordance with the program standards. Digital certification cards are delivered via email. You must schedule a time with an Essential EMS Instructor to demonstrate skills if your course requires it. This meeting can be in person or over a video conference. Digital student books and ASHI Passport are accessed online. Reflects the 2015 Guidelines. Physical cards are also an option. Just pick your card preference on the registration form.
